Rare 1950s Colorblock Cotton Convertible Gown

Rare 1950s Colorblock Cotton Convertible Gown
Absolutely wonderful 1950s color-block cotton summer dress with wild convertible skirt design. Features skinny cross straps, super fitted bodice with dramatic bow-style bust line. The skirt at first appears to be a classic circle skirt, but it’s ingenious convertible design allows you to wear it two ways: one buttons onto the bodice and creates a half circle pleat with a knee length silhouette. The other way creates a Vivienne Westwood-esque bustle silhouette with hook and eye closures that attach at each side of the waist.
