We’re pleased to present our latest collection of hand-painted archival vintage pieces as part of our ongoing series. In collaboration with Philadelphia-based artist Shannon Retseck, who developed this modern, painterly take on historical decorative motifs, we’ve reimagined some of our most treasured vintage items, giving them new life to truly spectacular effect.

This incredible all cotton 1950s football t-shirt has been re-worked with our favorite painterly checkerboard motif that really retains the vintage, worn-in aesthetic of the original jersey.

Note: These are vintage items that have been meticulously hand-painted, with the artist considering every square-inch of the textile, as well as being professionally cleaned. So while they are in excellent, refurbished condition, they are not new and may feature slight “imperfections” that add to the uniqueness of the item.
