Amazing 1970s chiffon poet sleeve peplum blouse with shirred pierrot collar. Drawstring waist, hook and eye closure at the neck, smocked sleeve cuffs, attached nylon lining. Falls to natural waist, so it’s slightly cropped and best with a high waisted skirt or pant. Just perfection.
