Amazing early 1970s Indian cotton madras kaftan with genius quilted “lattice work” yoke and cuffs. Features buttons to bottom of yoke, lose and slightly A-line silhouette, snap cuffs with delicately puffed sleeves. One of the best we’ve ever had!
