This stunning 1970s does 1930s silk paisley blouse features perfectly draped balloon sleeves with sweet tie cuffs, covered buttons to close, , vented sides, a loose and luxe silhouette. Even the button holes are luxe, silk chiffon backing on the plackets, etc... It’s so incredibly fine, we’re sure it’s a PIECE for the ages.
