1970s "Happy Legs" Disco Reversible Satin Jacket
1970s "Happy Legs" Disco Reversible Satin Jacket
Absolutely incredible 1970s real satin shrunken bomber jacket that reverses to gold lamé. Features creme knit collar, cuffs, and waistband, fantastic large reversible brass zipper. Some discoloration on cuffs, but kind of perfectly worn…looks amazing with denim. Made by an original early 1970s New York disco label, Happy Legs (haha!), this piece belonged to one of the preeminent party girls of Lexington, Kentucky, Anita Madden, who was famous for her star-studded derby parties.
