Incredible early 1980s cotton-silk jacquard two piece set—has a sort of military or even fencing costume vibe. Features double breasted mother-of-pearl button closure, cap sleeves, d’ring belted details at the waist with a split peplum. Skirt features high waist, slightly a-line silhouette, super textural smocked detailing a the back. This piece was home-made from a Vogue pattern an done extremely well. Expertly finished.
