Amazing late 1960s to early 1970s “Bouncing Bertha’s Banana Blanket” silk velvet jacket with embroidery. Part of the London Boutique scene by way of New York, Bouncing Bertha’s was a contemporary of Granny Takes a Trip, Mr. Freedom, Biba, etc. Darkest navy silk velvet with colorful piping and embroidered daisies, large covered buttons, full lining.
