SPRING! SPRING! SPRING!
After a long, grey winter, the darling buds of April dotting the concrete and brick of Philadelphia have been the sweetest relief and a daily visual inspiration. We've been drawn to forsythia, hyacinth, and cherry blossom hues for months in anticipation of spring, and here, we set them off with cremes, blacks, and more saturated shades to temper their prettiness. In terms of silhouette, structure and technical fabrics complement the ethereality of our favorite silk pieces. But quite honestly, the 1970s canary yellow platform boots shown throughout (size 8 1/2, in case you are wondering) were the centerpiece around which the entire concept for this editorial was formed because...well, they're amazing. Each piece will be available to purchase exclusively at A Current Affair in Brooklyn on May 12 and 13. Tickets available here.
